HOA Payments

Don't feel like mailing your payment in? ...Drop it off at the clubhouse. Here's how:

ON-SITE HOA PAYMENT PROCEDURE

For security purposes, the Board is asking all residents to utilize their swipe card to enter the Amenity Center during and after office hours. Many times the bookkeeper is in the building alone and it is a safety issue to let people in the front door as not every member of our community is known.

To make an HOA Payment at the office please use your swipe card to enter the Amenity Center.
After entering, go through the door to your right, down the hall and you will come to the Bookkeepers Office (2nd door on the right with the drop box slot).
Drop your payment/coupon into the slot. We strongly encourage you to put all payments in an envelope before dropping it into the slot.
If you have not received your swipe card, please call the HOA Office at 843-399-1559
